siguen las reglas antes presentadas; sin embargo, existen algunos comparativos y superlativos
irregulares, que aparecen en la siguientes tablas:

OBSERVACIONES SOBRE CIERTOS ADJETIVOS O PRONOMBRES
Either quiere decir una de dos personas o cosas
either; neither, each;
every
Siempre exigen un verbo en singular.
Each da a entender algo individual. Por ejemplo:
Each person will receive a gift. (Cada persona recibirá un regalo.)
Every se refiere a algo colectivo. Por ejemplo:
She feels happy every time you come. (Ella se pone feliz cada vez que vienes.)
Either da a entender tanto el uno como el otro. Por ejemplo:
Either of you will have to pay for the broken flower vase. (Cada uno de
ustedes va a tener que pagar por el florero roto.)
O
Either también puede significar o el uno o el otro. Por ejemplo:
Either of us has to stay to take care of the sick dog. (Alguno de nosotros se
debe quedar para cuidar al perro enfermo.)
Neither se usa para expresar ni el uno ni el otro. Por ejemplo:
Neither my mother or my father know where I am. (Ni mi padre ni mi madre
saben en donde estoy.)
some; any
Some (algunos) se usa para frases afirmativas. Por ejemplo:
Give us some potatoe. (Denos unas papas.)
Any (algunos) para frases interrogativas y negativas. Por ejemplo:
I do not have any sisters or brothers. (Yo no tengo ni hermanas ni hermanos.)
Do you have any friend in a foreign country? (¿tienes algún amigo en el
extranjero?)
each other y one
another
Se utilizan para expresar reciprocidad cuando se habla de dos personas, o de
más de dos:
They love each other. (Ellos se aman.)
They try to help one another. (Ellos tratan de ayudarse el uno al otro.)
